WE ARE . . .

After 18 months (3 months ahead of schedule) the Gay St (Rt 113) bridge in Phoenixville is open and operational. Despite the lousy weather, a die hard group came out to witness the dedication by state officials, including County Commissioner Terence Farrell.

The Welch for PA crew was fortunate enough to enjoy a beautiful Chester County autumn day at the 13th annual West Chester Chili Cook Off. We took some pictures of this memorable event: Hope you enjoy!
