Please be sure, to understand the history, of how this Bridge got Re Built, as well as when it was supposed to be Re Built, and the original Cost Estimates. Also, be sure to realize, how many bridges like the Gay Street Bridge, are in desperate need of Repair, all over Pennsylvania.
